During the last couple of years, we have faced major events that created a turning point in the global economy, the COVID19 pandemic followed by the Russian Ukrainian war have changed the global business ecosystem significantly and created a new normal that never existed before. I have recognized with my fellow management team that only companies which can adapt to the quick and continuous changes in the business environment will be able to sustain and grow, while the traditional way of doing business will not enable us neither to overcome the challenges nor to capture the opportunities that came out from this major shift. As my vision and main objective is to take Mobiserve to the next level, and to be able to meet the goals of our stakeholders I have initiated a transformation plan to our business model and defined a roadmap to make the company agile and light and also more diversified and solid. With my colleagues at Mobiserve we managed to introduce new business lines that would help achieve our growth plans such as energy solutions supply, installation and services; as well as Energy as service (ESCO), in addition to facility management and other services for telecom customers and other customers from different business sectors. We also continue to work on reinforcing our position as the regional market leader in terms of telecom managed services with more than 56,000+ telecom sites under management, which reflects the true partnership we are having with our customers. The figures confirm that we are on the right track as we managed to grow by 50% during the last 5 years, our profits and generated cash are also significantly growing, our company is becoming healthier, stronger, and more stable. Finally, our focus will remain to create value for our different stakeholder groups, we will continue to pursue and create opportunities in the countries where we operate to fuel our aggressive growth plans, while promoting the values of fairness, transparency, responsibility, health & safety, and quality in everything we do.
