Yasser Aboulmagd

Yasser Aboulmagd carries over 28 years of ICT management experience with a track record of significant accomplishments in the African and Asian information technology and Telecommunications markets.

As Mobsierve CEO, Yasser brings forth widely diversified experience with a clear vision and understanding of industry trends and business directions. His experience spreads throughout the region as his career drove him from one leading IT/telecommunications company to the next.

Before joining Mobiserve more than 15 years ago, Yasser served as IT and billing director in Orascom Telecom the leading international GSM operator, and as operations manager at Raya the leading regional information Technology service provider and played an integral role in leading those companies’ startups, turnarounds and strategy definition to overcome business and markets challenges and achieve continuous growth and profitability.

Yasser holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computers Engineering from Ain Shams University, and a Master of Business Administration from the American university in Cairo.

Raheel Ahmed

An expert in Finance and Accounting who carries over 15 years of working experience in various organizations. Currently, as a Group Financial Controller at MobiServe group, Raheel is responsible for reporting to the Board, Audit Committee as well as CEO on all group financial metrics, supervise and manage accounting staff across group geographies and also leads the preparation of operational yearly budget and oversees its implementation.

Before joining MobiServe in 2017, Raheel was the Assistant Vice President – Finance Department at Abu Dhabi Investment Company (parent company of Mobiserve group).

During his career, he has worked as Manager – MIS at Emaar Malls LLC and as an Assistant Manager – Financial Reporting at Limitless LLC (subsidiary of Dubai World LLC). Raheel began his career at the audit and accountancy firm KPMG in the assurance practice where served clients in banking and manufacturing industries.

Raheel is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and also hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Karachi.

Ashry Abdelhady

An expert business manager who carries over 22 years working in various successful assignments. currently working as General Manager at Mobiserve KSA effectively overseeing business operations as required. Ashry is adaptable, administrative and assertive with analytical abilities which support him to achieve milestones.

Ashry has vast experience over 20 years working in Mobiserve Group on various assignments as mentioned below:

Ashry is Professional B.Sc. Electrical Engineering; Communication Department. Graduated in 1998 He holds certification & trainings on project management professional (PMP), team building and team management, Leadership and Management Skills, group presentation skills & Creative Problem Solving & Decision making.

Mohamed Desouky

An expert business manager who carries over 23 years working in various successful assignments. Currently working as General Manager at Mobiserve Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. effectively overseeing business operations as required. Mohamed is adaptable, administrative and assertive with analytical abilities which support him to achieve milestones.

Mohamed is Professional BSC Electrical Power Engineer graduated in 1997. He holds certification & trainings on Clamping Towers, DXX (Digital Cross Connection Equipment’s, Leadership & Management Skills.

Mohamed Helmi

Mohamed Helmi Carries over 21 years of experience in engineering projects startups, put in track the performance, KPI’s, in addition to profitability, his optimistic and harmonic team work spirit, his own way of leadership, handsome treating of people, selecting team members, enhancement of team skills, standardizing the processes and diversification strategies of both supplies and services are all a part his job tools.

Mohamed currently holding the position of Mobiserve Algeria general manager after a long marathon of successful achievements, integrity and honesty at Mobiserve Algeria projects in addition to Mobiserve Egypt since 2004.

Before joining Mobiserve Mohamed worked in planning in addition to design of telecommunication’s cables at a Siemens joint venture factory for 2 years he accomplished another year in the implementation of instruments in addition to commissioning in a mega project for papers manufacturing.

Mohamed holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Mansoura University, in addition to a master of business administration from the international university of leadership in Florida.

Moataz Mahran

Moataz Mahran carries over 25 years of experience including 15 years of various management roles in the Telecom sector.

Currently, as Mobiserve Tunisia General Manager, Moataz is reporting to the Group CEO on all subsidiary matters, while responsible for overseeing the subsidiary’s operational and financial activities, as well as managing clients’ and government relations.

Before his current role, Moataz held the post of Infrastructure Senior Manager in Mobiserve Holding. During his career, he held the posts of Core Planning Senior Manager at LACOM (an Orascom Telecom subsidiary in Algeria), the Rollout Manager at Ericsson Egypt and the Core Support Manager at Ericsson Market Unit North Africa.

Moataz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Ain Shams University, year 1994.
